U NEED

HC-05 BLUETOOTH MODULE

ARDUINO NANO

RELAY MODULE

circuit diagram

CONNECT VCC TO 5V

GND TO GND

RX T0 D3

TX TO D2

connect the output arduino to relay 

this is my homemade relay module.
